Account Executive

You will be helping a sector leading business within the hospitality market, working with some of the world’s biggest brands deliver training technologies to improve customer experience.

Following its acquisition by CGA, CPL Online are looking for two new Account Executives to support the existing team in the next, exciting phase of business growth.

We are looking for ambitious Account Executives, to develop quickly and become integral to the daily management of our client relationships.  Supporting the Client Manager and Senior Client manager, you will uncover solutions and opportunities to ensure client satisfaction. This role includes enquiry processing, job creation and client interaction, to build and maintain great client relationships by providing outstanding customer service & deliverables.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

=                 Responsible for ensuring the creation of dashboards that are fit for purpose and hierarchy changes are correct

=                 Proactively review client deliverables to ensure they remain relevant, looking to enhance them where necessary

=                 Job creation and quote preparation

=                 Monitoring Support queries from key clients, looking for trends and global solutions

=                 Documentation of client specific rules

=                 Work with other AE’s to share best practice reporting

Client Management

•                 Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times

•                 Responsible for building great relationships with assigned key contacts

•                 Confidently handle simple requests and queries from clients

•                 First line client support for any Database, Reporting or support queries

•                 Responsible for training clients & advocating the use of CPL online services across client base

•                 Able to communicate the features & benefits of all CPL Online services

•                 Proactive in sharing interesting trends or insights identified either in trade, in the press, or from wider CPL Online work with the client

•                 Proactively build understanding of client businesses through personal reading/research & team discussions. 

•                 Gain commercial awareness & understanding of CPL Online’s client portfolio & importance of revenue generation to CPL Online business

People Management

•                 Responsible for own weekly resourcing, communicating effectively with CM & SCM to ensure time available to meet all client needs

•                 Provide regular progress updates on all deliveries to CM & SCM

•                 Support & upskill fellow account AEs through knowledge shares and training
