Digital Project Manager

The opportunity

Following its acquisition by CGA, CPL Online are looking for an experienced, ambitious and passionate Project Manager to join our team, ready for the next exciting phase of business growth.

You will be helping a sector leading business within the hospitality market, working with some of the world's biggest brands, delivering training technologies to improve the customer experience. 

Our Project Managers work closely with many of the UK’s leading hospitality businesses, managing a portfolio of projects for some renowned clients, you will build and maintain strong & long-lasting peer to peer relationships with key stakeholders & decision makers.  

This role is crucial in driving business growth through best in class project management in order to meet client retention & budget targets.  As an expert on both the market and CPL Online’s suite of services, you will ensure that we implement the most appropriate projects or solutions in order to exceed our client’s ROI & service expectations.  

The role

- Oversee the delivery of key digital projects for clients, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard & on time

- Work with the client and sales team to scope requirements and develop acceptance criteria for projects 

- Create project plans and work with the client and other key stakeholders to ensure that the project remains on track throughout its lifecycle 

- Set regular milestones for project reviews and track against these, reporting accurately and ensuring all work is completed to a high quality & in a timely manner

- Consider the best approach for delivery on a project by project basis including options for an agile implementation 

- Liaise closely with Technical departments where necessary to schedule and complete work

- Work closely with client managers and support teams to hand over the project once delivered

- Ensure that if any issues occur with Projects these are escalated to the relevant senior managers within a timely manner

- Keep up to date new internal product developments

 

Job Requirements

- Educated to degree level or equivalent but most importantly has a passion for the hospitaliity industry and brands within it.

- Credible experience as a Project Manager

- Great relationship skills, both with clients and colleagues alike.

 

Details you need to know:

SALARY: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus pension and private healthcare

CONTRACT: Permanent upon successful completion of probation period       

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 per week excluding lunch breaks
